Flat Webbing Sling Color Code
Under EN 1492-1, sling color identifies the Working Load Limit (WLL) for a straight vertical lift. Polyester slings use a 7:1 safety factor between minimum breaking force and WLL.

Choker and basket hitches change the effective WLL — always use the mode factor printed on the label.
Purchase Order Checklist
- Ratchet straps: specify Lashing Capacity (LC), standard tension force (STF) and break strength separately — they are not the same number.
- Harnesses: confirm the number of attachment points (dorsal, sternal, side D-rings) and whether a work-positioning belt is required.
- Webbing material: polyester for low stretch and UV/chemical tolerance; specify yarn grade such as 210D AA for consistent strength.
- Labeling: state required language, standard reference, batch number and your logo for the sewn-in label.
- Footwear & gloves: list protection class (toe cap, puncture, slip, cut level) for your market.

Yes. Our team has over 15 years of OEM/ODM experience. We can customize webbing color, width, length, hardware, labels with your logo, and retail or bulk export packaging so you can build your own brand.
Our full body harness line is offered to CE EN 361. For other items we produce according to the standard you specify for your market, for example EN 1492-1 for flat webbing slings, EN 12195-2 for lashing straps or WSTDA/US-style tie-downs. Please state the target standard in your inquiry so we can confirm testing and labeling.
Under the EN 1492-1 color code, violet means 1 t WLL, green 2 t, yellow 3 t, grey 4 t, red 5 t, brown 6 t, blue 8 t and orange 10 t (straight vertical lift). Always confirm the WLL on the sewn-in label before use.
