Question 1

Do you offer OEM and ODM production for safety harnesses, slings and cargo straps?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our team has over 15 years of OEM/ODM experience. We can customize webbing color, width, length, hardware, labels with your logo, and retail or bulk export packaging so you can build your own brand.

Question 2

Which standards can your products be produced to?

Accepted Answer

Our full body harness line is offered to CE EN 361. For other items we produce according to the standard you specify for your market, for example EN 1492-1 for flat webbing slings, EN 12195-2 for lashing straps or WSTDA/US-style tie-downs. Please state the target standard in your inquiry so we can confirm testing and labeling.

Question 3

How do I read the color of a polyester webbing sling?

Accepted Answer

Under the EN 1492-1 color code, violet means 1 t WLL, green 2 t, yellow 3 t, grey 4 t, red 5 t, brown 6 t, blue 8 t and orange 10 t (straight vertical lift). Always confirm the WLL on the sewn-in label before use.

Question 4

Where is your factory and which port do you ship from?

Accepted Answer

Our factory is in Shuangjie Trusted Industrial Park, Beichen District, Tianjin, China. It is close to Tianjin Port, one of North China's largest container ports, which keeps inland freight short and sea schedules frequent.

Question 5

How quickly will I get a reply?

Accepted Answer

Our sales engineers reply to email and WhatsApp inquiries within 24 hours, 7 days a week from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (China Standard Time).
